The Positive Intelligence operating system provides the framework to identify and decrease negative thought patterns that sabotage us (and we ALL have them!) -- keeping us stuck, spinning, burning out and unable to achieve our goals.

This operating system then helps us shift our mindset and consciously build positive thought patterns -- allowing us to move smoothly and easily through life, achieving our goals with ease.

This shift sounds simple, but it is not easy.

The seven-week program enables sustained change toward a more positive mind by laying down neural pathways to form new habits through consistent daily practice--making measurable change in only weeks!

In the program you experience daily practice, a weekly focus, the PQ gym, and community. You access the content and measure your progress using the PQ app. Inside the Program I also facilitate a small Pod which provides weekly discussion opportunities and consists of up to five individuals going through the PQ Program simultaneously. All told, your time commitment is less than 15 minutes most days.

During the PQ Program, you build a foundation of mental fitness by strengthening three critical mental muscles to shift the balance of power so you can leave behind the struggle and stress and move forward toward achieving your goals with calm focus and action.

What the PQ Program includes:

  • PQ app - available on Apple and Android, as well as a desktop version

Positive Intelligence® Program


The Positive Intelligence® (PQ) Program is a mental fitness program that enables performance,
wellness, and positive relationships. The six-week program empowers you to create sustained change toward a more positive mind by laying down neural pathways to form new habits through consistent daily practice.

The PQ operating system provides the opportunity to identify and decrease negative thoughts, what we call Saboteurs, and work to increase positive thoughts, what we call Sage.
Completing a free mindset assessment helps to identify your top Saboteurs.

As your coach, I will guide you through the six-week program where you experience daily practice, a weekly focus, the PQ gym, and community. You access the content and measure your progress using the PQ app. The PQ Program also includes a Pod facilitated by me, your coach. These small groups provide weekly discussion opportunities and consist of as few as two people (client and coach) or five individuals going through the PQ Program with the same coach simultaneously.

During the PQ Program, you build a foundation of mental fitness by strengthening three critical mental muscles to shift the balance of power from your inner Saboteurs to your inner Sage.
